Implementation & projects

Planned carefully. Delivered cleanly. Documented for the long run.

Technology projects fail when they're rushed, under-planned or handed off without explanation. Ours follow a structured method, so you know the scope, the schedule and the result before work begins.

What we implement

Projects we're built to deliver.

Each project gets a written scope, a named lead and a plan for keeping your team productive throughout.

Cloud

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace migration

Email, files and calendars moved with no lost data and a clear cutover plan.

Facilities

Office move or new build-out

Network, Wi-Fi, cabling coordination, phones and printers ready on day one.

Infrastructure

Server to cloud migration

Retire aging servers and move files and applications to secure cloud platforms.

Security

Security hardening program

MFA, endpoint protection, email security and policies rolled out without disruption.

Network

Network and Wi-Fi upgrade

Consumer gear replaced with a business-grade, centrally managed network.

Communications

Phone system and VoIP

Modern cloud phones with auto-attendants, mobile apps and number porting.

Devices

Device rollout and refresh

New computers configured, enrolled in management and delivered ready to use.

Resilience

Backup and recovery setup

Protection for servers, computers and cloud data, with a tested recovery plan.

Our method

Five phases, every time.

Small projects move through these phases quickly; larger ones get more detail at each step. Either way, nothing goes live until you've approved the plan and we've tested the result.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We document your current environment, interview key people and confirm goals, constraints and success criteria.

    Deliverables: current-state review, requirements summary

  2. 2

    Design & proposal

We design the solution, choose the right products and write a fixed scope with timeline, cost and risks.

Deliverables: solution design, itemized proposal, project schedule

  3. 3

    Build & test

We configure and stage everything in advance, then test with a pilot group before anyone else is affected.

Deliverables: configured systems, pilot results, cutover plan

  4. 4

    Cutover

We go live on a schedule that protects your business hours, with a rollback plan ready and a technician on hand.

Deliverables: go-live, user communications, on-site or remote support

  5. 5

    Hand-off & hypercare

We train your team, hand over documentation and access, and stay close while everything settles in.

Deliverables: documentation, training, 30 days of post-launch support

At hand-off

What you're left with when we're done.

A finished project should leave you more in control, not more dependent. Here's what every project closes with.

Complete documentation

Configurations, settings and decisions recorded in plain language.

Network diagrams

A clear picture of what's connected, where and how.

Your admin access

Accounts in your company's name, with credentials handed over securely.

Team training

Short, practical sessions so people are comfortable on day one.

Post-launch support

We stay on call for 30 days while everything settles in.

Next-step recommendations

Anything we noticed along the way, written down and prioritized.

Already have IT staff?

We work alongside internal teams on projects that need extra hands, specialized skills or a firm deadline. You keep control; we bring capacity and experience.

Project questions

Will there be downtime?

We plan every cutover to minimize disruption, usually scheduling changes outside business hours, and we always have a rollback plan if something doesn't go as expected.

Do we need a managed services agreement to start a project?

No. Projects can stand on their own. If ongoing support makes sense afterward, we'll talk about it then.

Who owns the accounts and documentation?

You do. Accounts are registered to your business, and all admin access and documentation are handed over at the end of every project.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. Your proposal includes a schedule with milestones, so you'll know the timeline before you approve anything.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you're planning. We'll help you scope it, price it and deliver it properly.
